Phoenix Thera-Lase Systems

R3 Laser Therapy utilizes Phoenix Thera-Lase Systems to provide non-invasive, drug-free solutions that provide relief and accelerate wound healing, as well as reduce inflammation related to soft-tissue injuries. This new, custom built, high-powered laser therapy system is strategically designed to induce certain photochemical reactions in the soft tissues of both humans, and animals to provide healing. This laser system is a major tool in health care, injury treatment, rehabilitation, recovery support and overall health maintenance.

Phoenix Thera-Lase Systems was founded by leading medical-industry and business-development professionals and is based in Dallas, Texas. The laser was designed to improve quality of life with a laser system that is 100x more powerful than other systems, delivers up to 5x the penetrating wavelength, and covers 10x the effective treatment area than competitors.

Deeper Penetration

The laser penetrates deep into the body (up to 8 inches below the skin surface!) using natural light energy, increasing the ability to heal itself 3-4X as fast.

Higher Power

The patented wave lengths allow for energy levels that are 10-200X higher in effective energy delivered to the injured tissue, in comparison with alternative laser devices.

Wider Beam Diameter

The wider beam diameter allows for a higher power level to be used without the undesirable side effects of a narrower beam such as topical burning or cellular ablation.

Higher Energy Transfer

The laser's energy is delivered using a continuous wave, rather than an intermittent wave form used by older technologies. This leads to better therapeutic results for soft tissues and joints.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does the laser feel like? Does it hurt?
No, the laser does not hurt! For many, the laser causes little to no sensation during treatment, other than a mild, soothing warmth.

What are the advantages of laser therapy over other types of therapy?

Laser therapy doesn't require the use of drugs or surgery, has fewer side effects and risks, is quick and convenient, and pain relief is often immediate. Studies show that laser therapy is equal to, often more effective, than other forms of physical therapy.

How long does a treatment take? How often do I need treatment?
A session usually last 15-30 minutes, depending on the size of the area being treated. The number of treatments necessary to receive a satisfactory response is variable. The severity of the problem being treated is an important factor. Less severe problems require fewer treatments than more severe problems. Chronic problems often require more treatment than recently acquired problems. The age and vitality of the client is another important factor determining the number of treatments required to achieve benefits.

Do I need to wear anything or bring anything?
The laser cannot penetrate through layers of clothing, so please dress appropriately for where you are receiving treatment.

Can laser therapy be used in conjunction with other forms of treatment?
Yes! In fact, laser therapy is even more effective when paired with other forms of therapy. Forms that work well include: physical therapy, chiropractic, massage, soft tissue mobilization, electrotherapy, and following surgery.

Can laser therapy be used over medical implants or metal?
Yes! Laser therapy can be safely used with medical implants and metal. The treatment is extremely effective for post-operative wound healing. Many clients that have had hip and knee replacements include laser therapy as part of their healing process.
